BRIAN KARES

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As CEO, Brian uses his strong leadership skills to execute the company strategy of four labor solutions for the modern supply chain. Brian has developed a career centered around identifying and implementing specialized solutions for the light industrial workspace and supply chain industry.

Prior to Eclipse Advantage, Brian was the founding partner of OTS Holdings, a privately-owned, full-service management company specializing in workforce management solutions and temporary staffing services for the property management and light industrial segments. One of OTS Holdings, On Time Staffing, was co-founded by Brian in 1999 to serve an under-developed high-value market segment in the light industrial staffing category.

In addition, Brian successfully led the acquisition of InterSolutions in 2012, founded NPM Staffing in 2014, and is Chairman of the Board for the combined companies, branded under InterSolutions. The combined company specializes exclusively in property management staffing for the multi-family industry. Brian also founded People Logistics in 2015, which provides specialized Light Industrial workforce management. Prior to founding OTS in 1992, Brian co-founded Aggressive Trading, an international consumer goods trading company, where he created and managed a network of more than 20 affiliate companies.

Brian received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami, where he studied business, marine biology and played semi-professional baseball. He is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) where he has served as the chapter networking officer. Brian is also a long-time coach for the Moorestown Soccer Club. He resides with his wife and two daughters in Florida.
