VP, OPERATIONS

As Vice President of Operations, Paul Allen is instrumental to the growth and development of Eclipse Advantage’s Light Industrial Staffing Division, specializing in the food services sector. He joined Eclipse within the On Time Staffing brand in 2004, after soliciting Eclipse as a vendor to provide labor solutions for his manufacturing plant. His experience in Just-In-Time (JIT) service, product development and customer service gave him an insider view and deep understanding of labor needs that help him deliver maximum value to clients.

Paul began his career as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing space. He spent eight years in a start-up, servicing national brands such as Mitsubishi Electronics, DuPont and American Standard. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State.
