Pete began his supply chain career on the distribution floor and has a deep connection to the third-party service platform. As a key executive with over 32 years of supply chain experience, he has spent his career building senior teams, focusing on strategy formation and execution, and accelerating company growth.

As CEO, Pete has committed to positioning Eclipse IA as a market leader in workforce solutions, creating a better experience for clients and employees. Looking towards the future of supply chain needs, he reset business strategy to move beyond traditional dock services to all labor elements of the distribution center and expanded beyond the food/grocery vertical to a multi-market approach.

Pete has also worked to restructure the Operations group into a regional format to serve the client with a higher degree of communication and data, and has a strong focus on growth with the client in mind, ensuring Eclipse IA is where the client needs them to be.

Prior to joining Eclipse IA, Pete spent his career with Fortune 100 Wholesale distributors, and in the 3PL space, with the last 20 years as CEO at leading middle market 3PL’s through significant business transformation cycles. Pete holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where his major was Human Resource management.
