DALE MACALLISTER

VP, Operations

Dale has been deeply involved in the Supply Chain industry for 30+ years and has held leadership roles for 27 years.  Over the course of the 27 years in leadership roles, Dale has led/managed teams and managed financials from front to back end of the Supply Chain, from raw materials/manufacturing through warehousing and distribution, and of course transportation.  Dale holds a diverse background which includes technology implementation, change management, inventory management, training, budgeting and individual development for direct reports.  In particular, Dale’s passion is to be with his full workforce, getting to know them at a deeper level and fostering strong, positive relationships.

Dale joined the Eclipse Advantage team as Vice President of Operations for our Canadian division (EAC) in June of 2015, and has subsequently been provided the opportunity to grow his scope and responsibility to also managing multiple buildings and customers within our Eclipse Advantage US division, while maintaining accountability to EAC.  Dale strives to continue to grow his scope of responsibility and provide a positive influence and mentorship to those that work closely with him.

During off time, Dale enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 adult children, and also spending time attending as many car shows as he can with his wife.
