Jeremy Oetjens joined Eclipse IA as a VP of Business Development in early 2023. He began his career in warehousing and distribution in 2005, unloading trucks in a produce department. Through his unmatched work ethic, he climbed the ladder to become the director of operations.

With years of experience in director roles, he then transitioned into leadership development. His knowledge and expertise helped shape and develop the next generation of leaders. And as someone who is passionate about servant leadership, he brings exponential value to the Eclipse IA team.

When he’s not hard at work, he enjoys the great outdoors, hunting or reeling in his next meal. And he spends as much time as possible with his three children, coaching their football, basketball, and baseball teams any chance he gets.
