Michelle SCHULTHEIS

VP, Professional Development

Michelle brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources across multiple industries and scale of business. She joined the Eclipse Team in 2018, as part of the Ontime Staffing and People Logistics acquisition. She has been a leader within the Corporate Human Resources Management team supporting the business since 2015.  In her role as the Vice President of Professional Development, her philosophy is to facilitate an environment and culture conducive of skill development and growth for our workforce.  Her focused strategy is a talent management process which utilizes technology to automate processes, provides employees with the learning opportunities to be the best they can be in their current role, and facilitates the creation of career paths and succession planning for growth within our organization. She is passionate about development opportunities and strategies that motivate teams to be at their best performance.

Michelle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors focused on Family, Disability and Women’s studies from the University of Delaware.  She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, traveling, relaxing at the beach and playing soccer in a recreational league. She cheers for most Philly sports teams and particularly enjoys going to Union, Phillies and Flyers games.
