As Vice President of Business Development, Tiffany Tavoularis ensures our partners continue to experience the unparalleled service and support they expect from Eclipse IA. She is steadfast in helping our clients increase retention, enhance efficiency, and improve performance throughout their daily operations.

Tiffany has over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. Her expertise in supply chain managed labor workforce solutions spans from warehousing and distribution, retail and e-commerce, to the grocer and food manufacturing space. She is successful at delivering reliable, 24/7-managed labor services with customized inbound, outbound, warehouse, and production service solutions. 

She uses her proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and increasing territory sales to help Eclipse IA continue its impressive growth. Her background includes working in sales, development, and account management positions at diverse companies, including Costa Solutions, CEVA Logistics, SAFESITE, and DHL Express. 

Passionate about creating longstanding, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, Tiffany is adept at understanding industry challenges and creating favorable solutions that benefit all involved. 

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from Southwestern University. She resides in Austin, Texas, and enjoys spending time outdoors, running around Lady Bird Lake, and hiking the Barton Creek Greenbelt.
